Read what the cat says today...Had an early break today..And will be going back to lab after this entry. Alamak. I can't recognise my boss from..not very far..But there's some sunlight shining in so when I turned my head and saw someone walking down the corridor in my direction, I can't figure out who he was. Until suddenly I realise, Alamak isn't that my boss. And he walked past me. And I was on neopets. Muahaha. Using my own laptop outside the lab.
Anyway dunno why so tired. Slept for abt 45min after chatting with one-zero and reading 2 chapters of raw Bleach manga. Abit weird the Japanese they use. =x Too colloquial liao. =x
Realise there's nothing much to write about my long wkn last week. Xmas eve went sort-of shopping with my parents. Were at chinatown, trying to find my Chilam canto-pop CD but I can't find, then went to this bead accessories shop, bought a few packs of beads, then went to this Chinese departmental store and found my favourite preserved bamboo shoots to go along with porridge. Muahaha. Then off to eat chicken rice at the hawker centre, and headed to Liang Court. Where I unknowingly stayed at Kinokuniya looking at Jap books for 1hr+. And I realise I can't understand children's books, but I can understand (with the help of guessing the Kanjis) adult books fairly well. Weird eh. I'm relying too much on the Chinese characters. And there's something very amusing (to me) @ Liang Court!!! The vending machine that sells the mini balls icecream!!! $2!!! I was so amused I bought 1 small tub. Hehehe. Before going home we went to Meidi-ya and went oohing over these silly rock melons which came from Japan and cost $79. Compared to similar rock melons which came from Taiwan and cost only $7.50. Hmm.
Xmas day itself was watching TV on and off, reading newspaper on and off, and went to my uncle's house for the annual Xmas party. Sad la. Everyone's asking me if I'm doing 4th year or not. Stressed eh. Coz almost all of my cousins are Honours degree and above, save for just 1 who dropped out of Uni. -tears hair- Like, 3/4 of them had Masters degree liao and are professionals. GAAAAAAAHHH. So, I juz mumbled, haven't decided yet. -keh- Anyway, got a nice Perlini's silver necklace from my cousin. Hehehe. Nice chap eh. But 30 liao. Muahahaha. Anyone wants a pharmacist bf not. Not bad looking, just that he can be quite wicked when criticising pple. =p
Boxing day was watching TV again, doing bits of yoga while watching Umizaru. ITO HIDEAKI!!!! You are so freaking shuai la!!! -lalala-
Looking forward to the next long wkn. Heheh. But still not many nice shows on TV. =x Even cable TV as well. =x When I play with my cat, who knows if I am not a pasttime for her more than she is to me?---Michel deMontaigne---
